All ESMELLE Jewelry orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL Express. Signature confirmation is required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. Every shipment is fully insured from dispatch until final delivery.
Delivery Coordination
Prior to shipment, our customer service specialist will contact you via email to confirm delivery arrangements and provide tracking information.
International Orders
For international customers, all orders are shipped with import duties and taxes unpaid. The courier will contact the recipient directly before delivery to collect these fees, which must be paid directly to the carrier. Please note that import duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Title & Risk Transfer
Title and risk of loss for all jewelry pieces transfer to the customer when ESMELLE Jewelry delivers the items to the shipping carrier under FOB Carrier terms.
